Hosting Package Terms & Conditions

These Hosting Package Terms & Conditions ("Hosting Terms") govern the provision of managed WordPress hosting and website management services by Yoh Digital Agency, LLC dba YohDev ("YohDev").

By purchasing, renewing, or paying an invoice for any YohDev hosting package, you agree to be bound by:

1. These Hosting Package Terms
2. YohDev's general Terms & Conditions, available at https://yohdev.com/terms-and-conditions
3. Any applicable Service Level Agreement ("SLA") or Exhibit A, if separately executed

If there is a conflict between documents, the following order of precedence applies: (1) SLA or Exhibit A, (2) these Hosting Terms, (3) YohDev Terms & Conditions.

Overview of Hosting Packages

YohDev offers three standard managed WordPress hosting packages designed to support websites at different stages of growth. Each package includes a defined scope of services, support boundaries, and pricing structure. Services are productized and not time-based unless expressly stated.

Core Hosting

Scope of Services

The Core Hosting package provides essential managed WordPress hosting for established websites. This package includes:

• Secure, managed WordPress hosting
• WordPress core and plugin updates
• Basic uptime and performance monitoring
• Hosting environment maintenance

Core Hosting is intended to maintain site stability and security.

Support Boundaries

Support under this package is limited to hosting-related issues and platform stability. This package does not include development work, site enhancements, or proactive optimization.

Excluded Services

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Core Hosting does not include:

• Custom development or design changes
• SEO services or optimization
• Performance tuning beyond baseline monitoring
• Content updates or feature requests

Additional development or support services may be purchased separately at YohDev's then-current rates.

Support + Development Hours

Scope of Services

The Support + Development Hours package includes all services provided under Core Hosting, plus limited development support and enhanced service responsiveness. This package includes:

• All Core Hosting services
• Up to six (6) hours of development or technical support annually
• Priority ticketing and response
• Quarterly site reviews and minor tweaks

Development Hours

Included development hours may be used for small enhancements, fixes, or configuration changes within the existing site structure. Unused hours do not roll over. Any work exceeding the included hours requires written approval and will be billed separately.

Support Boundaries

Development work is limited to WordPress-related changes within the current architecture. The following are not included:

• Major redesigns or new feature development
• Complex integrations
• SEO strategy or content creation

All-Inclusive SEO

Scope of Services

The All-Inclusive SEO package provides comprehensive hosting, site management, and technical optimization services. This package includes:

• All Support + Development Hours services
• Quarterly technical SEO audits
• Page speed and accessibility tuning
• Ongoing site health and performance optimization

This package focuses on long-term technical site health and optimization.

SEO & Optimization Clarifications

Services under this package are limited to technical SEO and performance optimization. YohDev does not guarantee search rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes. Recommendations requiring substantial development or content changes may require additional approval and fees.

Custom Hosting & Management

YohDev may offer custom hosting or management solutions outside of its standard packages. Any such custom services, pricing, service levels, or infrastructure will be documented separately in writing and, if applicable, incorporated into an Exhibit A or SLA.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to required systems, credentials, and content
• Designate a primary point of contact
• Maintain valid licenses for third-party plugins, themes, or services
• Refrain from making unauthorized changes that could compromise site stability or security

YohDev is not responsible for issues caused by third-party actions or client modifications outside the scope of services.

Suspension & Termination

YohDev reserves the right to suspend or terminate hosting services for non-payment, security risks, or violations of acceptable use policies, in accordance with YohDev's Terms & Conditions.

Backups & Data Responsibility

While YohDev performs routine backups as part of its hosting services, data recovery is not guaranteed in all circumstances. Clients are encouraged to maintain independent backups of critical data.

Limitation of Liability

Hosting services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis and are subject to the limitations of liability outlined in YohDev's Terms & Conditions.

Changes to These Terms

YohDev may update these Hosting Package Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of hosting services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
