How YohDev Helped State Farm Launch Their New React Applications
About This Project
Tech Used: React, SCSS, Docker, Kubernetes
At YohDev, we are always excited to work with new clients and help them achieve their goals. When State Farm approached us about helping them with launching two new React applications, we jumped at the chance. Both of the apps were internal enterprise-level tools that would help State Farm’s development team with tracking existing projects and training and onboarding new developers.
Client & Business Goals
We worked closely with State Farm’s DevOps consultants and IT professionals to make sure the apps were deployed successfully to AWS. The whole process was a great success and we’re proud to have played a part in it. Below, we’ll take a closer look at the two applications and how they’ve helped State Farm improve their development process.
Application 1: Tracking Existing Projects
The first application we helped State Farm launch is designed to help track existing projects. This tool gives project managers an overview of all the current projects in development, as well as their respective deadlines, status updates, and any other relevant information. Having this information in one place makes it easy for project managers to stay on top of things and ensure that projects are on track.
Application 2: Training and Onboarding New Developers
The second application we helped launch is for training and onboarding new developers. This app provides new developers with all the information they need to hit the ground running on their first day. It includes an overview of the company’s development process, as well as links to important resources and training materials.
We’re proud to have helped State Farm launch their React apps.
Both apps are internal enterprise-level tools that will help with tracking existing projects and training and onboarding new developers. If your company is working on a similar project and could use some assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
